Fear News episode 4

I almost feel guilty.  Pitching a news show about horror movies was an easy sell; the concept was sound and no one had ever done it our way before. Mind you, the FEARnet folks are REALLY picky about their programming, and the people I now know as friends at the FEARnet offices were once the stone-faced tribunal of judgment.  But they took a chance on an independent project and let us run wild.

So why should I feel guilty?  Because we sold them a news show, and this whole time we've been secretly playing in a much bigger sandbox.  When Fear News started, like-minded horror nuts got the concept immediately and wrote us to give their support.  Around episode four, I started getting different kinds of messages, fans asking about little things they were noticing within the world of The Last Girl.  I'd been caught.  I'd secretly snuck a huge underlying story arc into a news show.

Fans noticed Bobby's photo on The Last Girl's dresser in episode three, but did you catch that the locket she put on comes back in episode six?  Why did The Last Girl intentionally go looking for trouble in Little Adelle's trailer and who was on the other end of that text message?  How did Spencer the Clown know about Ginger and why can she only speak the news?  There are answers.  They're in Season 2.
