Slap Yourself with the New 'New Moon' Clip
Entertainment Tonight unveiled a great exclusive clip from New Moon on Monday: Bella slaps Paul, who phases into a werewolf before her eyes!
In the scene, Bella (Kristen Stewart) confronts the Wolf Pack about her deteriorating friendship with Jacob (Taylor Lautner), who's been distant (and really, really hot) since joining their band of secretive Quileute teenagers. She doesnt know that their secret is of the animal variety until, that is, she slaps Paul (Alex Meraz). Paul's rage overcomes his control and he phases into a giant, menacing wolf that chases Bella until Jacob leaps off of his porch and transforms himself, mid-air.
We've glimpsed parts of this scene before, but it's great to watch in one piece. The CG effects that transform Paul and Jacob into their wolfy selves are smooth, and Chris Weitz's camera work promises to make this revelation scene interesting.
