'True Blood' Reaches A Boiling Point
Just when you thought they couldn't jam any more people into Bon Temps, they did. True Blood has finally filled its last major role for season three. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Brit Morgan will be brought in to play Debbie Pelt, the ex-girlfriend of of lead werewolf Alcide (played by Joe Manganiello). Apparently, Debbie and heroine Sookie do not get along very well. Then again, when do werewolves and vampires (or fangbangers) ever truly get along?
Morgan, along with most of the new additions this season, is largely unknown. Besides a handful of bit parts in episodic television, she had a role on ABC Family's short-lived The Middleman (which did, truth be told, have a pretty kick-ass episode about vampire puppets).
