If you read the book " IF CHINS COULD KILL ". You will find out a lot of info about him, such as he and Sam Raime grew up as children and the car in the evil dead, spiderman and all of Raimes' films was onced owned by Campbells family. Sam calls it the old classic, a biege olds nintey eight, and it apears in all of Raimes' films you just have to look for it. A good read.
