GrindHouse

Between the two films Planet Terror was the one for me. I think Death Proof should have been the first film to play since it is a bit longer in dialogue going into the 2nd hour with so much talking and very little action really blows.

So what do you guys thing Plant Terror or Death Proof ?

I am gonna check out this movie today in the Theater and give my review on it afterwards!

Planet Terror looks better than Death Proof cause it looks like its action packed, like Escape from New York with zombies and strippers!

Death proof was terrible after the first car crash the movie should ahve ended. Planet Terror was great perfect and so were the trailers.

I'd have to say that Planet Terror was only slightly better than Death Proof. It might just be the fact that I love zombie movies, and Robert Rodriguez made an excellent take on the genre while still capturing the grindhouse feel throughout the entire film. Death Proof was basically a slasher film, done masterfully by Tarantino, but just doesn't really have as much of a grindhouse feel to it until that last 30 mins (especially the ending!).

Both of these movies were cinema at its finest though and I can't wait until I see them again. It was a very fun movie-going experience. Highly recommended.

Grindhouse was great! Planet Terror was the best...Death Proof was good, but a little slow at times.

I loved the whole thing. Planet Terror for the zombies, blood, gore & action and Death Proof for the whole psychotic way that Kurt Russell used his car(s) to kill. I do agree there was a bit too much convo's going on, but NO WAY should it have ended after the first crash, the last I'd say about 20 minutes were even better!!!!
