The best is the first hellraiser.This movie was a true orinal at the time of release and is stil a better film then most of the current crop of drek that passes for horror.
I enjoyed nightbreed the best of the bunch, because the monsters were the heroes, complete with all their ichor and strangeness (besides Shuna Sassi (?) with the huge tits who could turn into smoke). Besides, I liked how Barker showed how we made it out of the trees- cause we were the craziest monkeys in the bush.

Rawhead Rex is a variation of a nursery boggle called Rawhead and Bloody Bones from Ireland. I liked the nastier version of Barker - especially when Rawhead baptized the priest with piss.

i loved nightbreed but it should have been much longer,.perhaps done as a mini-series there was just too much story crammed into a 90 minute film,.
same with hellraiser,.the acting and effects are incredable and the story line fantastic but the movie suffers some because of time constrictions,.
and yes even though poorly done and "rex" appeared somewhat cheesy,.i did enjoy the film rawhead rex.,.
