Jog your memory

The movie came out in the mid to late 60's. There was a young woman who's father went to the orient. For some reason his family got cursed. The curse made his daughter into a snake-like creature. She would bite her victums and their heads would turn black & they would foam at the mouth. I remember taking my young brother to the movie and he spend the whole movie shaking under my coat.
