When Sheriff Berger (Robert Englund) excutes serial killer chambers in the electric chair, it seems like its the end for the worlds most violent criminal- but its only the beginning. Chambers escapes from the hosptial morgue and proceeds on a bloodthirsty rampage through the locked down hospital.
All and all not a terrible movie the acting was half way good. the special effects were a litytle trite at times. but, the gore effects had some great moments. if you are in the mood for a hack-n-slash give it shot. I give it 3 skulls out of 5.

HEART STOPPER RULED. THE SCRIPT WAS KIND OF SLOW BUT ALLS I'M GOIN TO SAY IS ROBERT ENGLUND RULES IN ANYTHING.

i saw this movie the other day and i love the part where he rips the hearts out of people, so cool.
I always think of the Heartstopper with Tom Savini
Everytime I hear the name of this film, I always think of the film of the same name that came out in the early 90's and starred Tom Savini. I haven't seen that in a very long time. i just remember it is about a vampire and his descendant that is a serial killer. i remember liking the film.
