Fearnet has a new pop-up survey which is ostensibly to "improve" the service to us, the members. That is lying garbage. After answering what amounted to the same question repeatedly thru many pages, they finally got down to the truth at about page twenty. The last question on this page was to identify your age group. Ok, a few hairs on my neck stand up, but, I suppose that's a "valid" question. I answer it & proceed to the next page. The page had two questions, ie, your level of education & your family income. I refuse to answer the latter & get the message in the angry red letters that I MUST answer the income question to continue. That does it, sound the fuckin' alarm! F*net couldn't care less about improving this site's service, just look at the movies that haven't played for weeks now for just one example. This is nothing but a "demographics" survey in the attempt to procure more & higher paid advertising So, teenagers, don't be cute & think you can answer $150, 000 up & giggle. F***net would LOVE for you to do that. The point is, DON'T answer the survey AT ALL.

Don't worry about it, Dorothy, just clck your ruby red slippers three times & you will be back in Kansas & everything will be ok.

You're quite welcome. F*net is obviously aware of their consistently crappy service, ie, the buffering, the hangups, breakdowns, no starts, & the totally uncalled for lack of synchronization between video & audio. They don't need to run a damn survey to fix or be made "aware" of these OBVIOUS problems. Let 'em fix that shit, period. Then, we can argue & raise hell with each other about what kind of programming we'd like to see here. That won't take a multiple page survey, either.
