Quotable Quotes

Here's a fav. "abandon all hope, ye who enter here." Not sure where it started from but my guess is that it was taken from Dante's Inferno, then later used in some horror flicks.

Anyone else have one?

Not horror quotes but at least an interesting couple of quotes.  Not sure where they came from though. Maybe someone else here knows?

"There is so much bad in the best of us and so much good in the worst of us. That it little behooves any thus, to talk about the rest-of-us."

"When a dove flys with crows, it's feathers remain white but it's heart grows black."

Then of course there is the quote from the Devils Rejects by the character Otis:

"I am the Devil and I'm here to do the Devil's work." This quote really originated from the Tex of the Manson family while he was killing the victims at the Tate residence. It was highlighted during his trial and also showed up in Vincent B.'s book called Helter Skelter.

Otis also had a decent quote in House of 1000 Corpses: "Boy you'd stick your head in a bucket of fire if I told you, that you could see hell."
