Does anyone else think that Stephen Kings "IT" was as hilarious as I found it to be? Really, I never thought I'd ever laugh at a clown until I saw that movie. "Beep, Beep".
But then again Sid Haig played a pretty funny clown too. Not sure which one I like better. They should make a movie with both clowns. But what would they call it??

I need to watch IT again, been too long. I'll have to add it to my list that keeps growing and growing... Captain Spaulding is quickly becoming a horror/comedic legend too!

Funny. Though does that make me a psycho for laughing at most horror movies too? I nearly spit out my coffee a couple of times while watching "IT" the first time.
They should make a movie: Captain Spauldings House of Assclowns or the Devils Beepers. A mix of horror and comedy about a bunch of killer clowns, deformed people, and necrophiliacs. Hell, throw Sherri Moon, Bill Mosely and Rob Zombie in it and it would be good. I'd watch "IT" again if it was on tv but have seen that and "House Of 1000 Corpses" like a million times. No joke.
You wanna know what's really scary. Think about all the groupies Sid Haig and Tim Curry probably boffed while wearing those clown suits.
That's just messed up. I bet that experiance marred a couple women (or with Tim Curry it was probably men). They probably tied up people with balloon animals and all that other stuff. Add some magic tricks to the mix.

Pennywise was meant to have a kinda twisted sense of humor, in the book and the mini series. I mean, he is a clown.
One of the best King books I've read(and I've read them all), and I thought it was a nice job turning the novel into a mini series...except for the very end, which is just as confusing in the book.

I remember watching that movie as a kid and thinking it was hilarious. Later on throughout high school I read the book five times and it became one of my personal favorites. But after recently buying and watching the movie "It" and remembering all the fucked up shit thats in the book and not in the movie, I gotta say that movie sucks ass. Its another Sci-Fi B-movie and the only thing that makes it worth watching over and over again is Tim Curry. I think he proves that the only thing a B-movie needs to scare the shit out of generations of children is a really good actor. Or maybe Im wrong, who knows.
