I liked it. But honestly, i wanted a sequel to predator 2 so bad for so long (AVP doesnt count for me) that it really didnt matter to me  if it was good or not. I just like watching predators hunt humans.

 

Anyone hate it?

I didnt care for BRODY as the lead. He did alright and MUCH better than I expected but it looks like they want to use him in sequels and Im sorry, there's nothing military/mercenary/dangerous about this guy. He just isnt a good enough actor. Again, he did well in this but I hope they dont keep using him and I know he wants him to cause his career stalled for awhile and SPLICE was a flop.

I DID love the movie though. Not as good as number 1 but still excellent. The Russian and Japanese characters were the best and the best acting was done by Topher Grace. The PREDATORS were fantastic. LOVE to see them do their thing. Good flick. Break out the popcorn. . . .

Didn't care for the first one really, haven't seen a sequel since. If you guys are saying this one is good, I'll add it.

I thought #2 was good Danny Glover did the movie justice..if ya didn't like #1..it's gonna be hard to try to tell ya your gonna like the rest..for me it's like a cult classics type thing..I have all the Aliens..Predators and Avs.P's..and watch em all a lot..it's great entertainment for me..but as usual 'to each thier own"..I'd say try #2 you may like that one better..Peace..Joe

Thanks Joe. I'll give em all a watch again. I love the Alien movies...the first Predator was out during the split between me and my first wife, lol, so I wasn't liking much of anything at the time. I'll give it a try again and the rest.

I thought it was a great movie for what it was.. Its hard for the classic to be out done unless you got the cast from the expendables to be the hunted. The cast wasnt really as bad ass as the original.. I would love to see the marines from aliens go against the predator now that would be a story a movie worth watching.

The Expenables? I hope your not saying this latest Pedator movie is comparable to that....The Expendables was a total waste of time, IMO....boring as hell.

to be honest i havent seen it. I was comparering the cast of the expendables to the original predator those guys are hard to replace especially for every one thats big fans of the original. I didnt like brody as the lead.

It's all good brother, to each their own anyway. I just thought The Expendables sucked.....too much emphasis on cast and not enough on the story.
