The general rule to survive a horror movie is: don't stray outside the moral order. The moral order itself varies form movie to movie. But it is inherenlty conservative or reationary--that's why the taboos against illicit sex, booze and drugs. Teens are killed more often than other groups in horror films becuase they are natural rebels. The few teens who obey authority tend to survive.
LOL. FEAR ACADEMY is a series of stick figure type cartoon viginettes. Each episode is about one minute long. It "teaches" and makes fun of typical cliche's and things to watch out for in the horror genre so you dont become a "victim". The two best are the VIRGIN one and the episode about CAR TROUBLE. Check em out if you can, they are a HOOT!
