Has anyone ever seen "Dead Alive"- its a wacky, corny, funny, gory and unique zombie movie- if you enjoy zombie movies , you have to see it ! Its got to be at least 20 or more years old- but i just saw it like a week or 2 ago on either the Chiller Channel or Fear Net. I loved it !!!

yes i must say i did enjoy dead alive as well...super cheesy but it added to its charm for me.

Tried to watch it a few times. Cant work my way through it. Does nothing for me BUT I know many of the members here love it. I didnt care for it at all, just too cheesy and poorly acted, over the top. I can never make it past about halfway.

LOL- Hellfighter!! I know its cheesy and corny and poorly acted and written- but that's the beauty of this type of film- its corny and funny- you either love it or you hate it! Thanks for the reply :)

It is a VERY cheesy movie. I liked the makeup effects, I'm sure they used an oil tanker to spray all the blood.

Thats what I keep hearing! But in my DEFENSE, I DID TRY more than once. . . . . just could never get interested, lol. As I pointed out, I know it is a fav of many and Im not knocking the movie, just doesnt get my attention. Maybe if I "collided" like in those commercials, "you got peanut butter on my chocolate", I might end up liking it, LOL. I also DO like cheesy movies, obviously just not ALL cheesy movies!

LOL. Thought of that but then I always forget who's who and whats what. Cause isnt there some kinda love story and a few freaky peeps?
What I WILL do, is try and play it for one of the Hellfighters and if he doesnt throw a knife at me, I will probably let it play through for him/them unless THEY tell me to change it cause its SHITE, lol.

Even though this movie was ultra cheezy, it was really unique- Its the first and maybe the only Zombie movie in which 2 Zombies "got it on" LOL. And the whole idea of a man hiding zombies in his basement and sedating them is ludicrous and totally hysterical !! Truly a very unique zombie movie- u have to admit that !!!
