I think we can all concur that it's about time that the horror movie industry puts on their big girl panties and starts making NEW movies, instead of remaking everything. Hades, this goes for the ENTIRE film industry. What's worse is that because they aren't coming out with anything new people go watch the remakes (because there's nothing else to watch) therefore giving them the vote (by paying for the money) and that makes the industry think that remakes are fine....GRRR!!! We need a movie (especially horror movie) revolution!!!!

Well they Holllywood is a money grabber, only going for remakes cuz remakes' a forsure thing to make money, when I was in film school a while back ago, my professors told me that they were loosing money from Illegal downloading, Now today we have 1$ Redbox, Netflix- and now there is so many different ways to get the film illeally before they come out to theaters. It is my true beleife that downloading is the largest contributation to remakes (not saying it is a fact, just my beleif)
