WHICH COUNTRY MAKES THE BEST MOVIES?

WHICH COUNTRY MAKES THE BEST MOVIES?

HorrorHeroine's picture

OKAY, Its safe to say true horror fans will love many of the USA greats and Classics BUT ..... Despite USA dominating the horror genre i feel European Horror films tend to be more consistant with their quality where as the usa bang out film after film, namy being crap or pretty standard.

I also feel as like South Korea so far judging from the films i have seen do actuali make the best films, particularly thrillers, not seen one bad films from them.

What are your oppinions?

Which country makes the best films? OR what do other countries do better than others?

THERE were a few Canadian films that I liked but I don't think I could call them my favorites.THAT is as far as that country and their movies.

SCREAMERS in 1995 directed by ChristianDugduy and the cast was Peter Weller, Roy Dupuis and Jennifer Rubin.

Resident evil: AFTERLIFE in 2010 directed by Paul W. S. Anderson

RESIDENT EVIL: RETRIBUTION in 2012 directed by Paul W. S. Anderson and the cast Milla Jovovich,Siaenna Guillory, Kevin Durand and Colin Salmon.

THEN you have the good old American horror movies. Ones that I enjoyed.so as you can see it just depends on the year. I would have to say that British Horror, old-school would have to be my first favorite and then American Horror due to the different timelines.so I guess I can say that I think the British made the better horror movies in the timeline of old-school. Then America second in my opinion. And of course these are just a few American horror movies. There could be a mile-long list but again the old-school British horror movies with the listed actors Sutherland, Cushing, and LEE's to name a few were awesome in that day.

I fixed it by deleting the first comments somehow that made a difference, the sacrifices that we make. And those were the British movies of horror that had Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee and Donald Sutherland and some others. So like I mentioned I like the British old-school horror movies the best then the American ones.
