Here's a task for all my horror movie family and friends. Can you guys and girls name some movies that actually affected your community and people around you to a point that they were in almost some sort of panic mode? I've got two, The Exorcist and Jaws. It's been a while since these movies came out and our society has evolved quite a bit but occasionally, someone comes out with a film that has that extra factor in it that scares the hell out of people.These are the movies that are the very core of what a horror movie is supposed to be and I'm starting to wonder if it will ever be achieved to that level again. Thoughts???
