I was thinking about some of the worst killer reveals in horror movies, more specifically slasher flicks. One that came to mind was Urban Legend:

Worst is a relative term depending on how you look at the movie overall or just the reveal scene. I would have to say American Psycho.

Overlooked and pretty obvious, All the Saw flicks where jigsaw is not the killer mastermind.
