Anyone watch it on A&E? I think the show is great well casted and shot nice. Cool prequel idea on the Psycho. I am hooked already. It is a cool angle thier version of the backstory of Norman Bates.

I like the idea, and it wasn
I like the idea, and it wasn't too bad. But their time line is just horrible. I mean is it delibrate or some act of mass stupidity to give people 60's clothes and furnishings while also giving them iphones and cars from the 60's and 2010's?
I like the idea but I fear they won't do justice to the masterpiece crafted by Sir Alfred Hitchcock. I give it a half season personally, and it's sad because it has some good attributes.

I've been really curious
I've been really curious about Bates Motel. Though I must admit that I was/am a little unsure of whether or not the tv series would do any justice to a classic like Psycho.
I don't think that they can, but I'd like to give it a try before judging it too harshly.
It's not that bad of a series
It's not that bad of a series I have enjoyed it, but it is a slow burn which a lot of people don't like.
