What Scares You?

Everyone has a weak spot in their armor...and some of us have several. For example, films like "Arachnophobia," "The Exorcist," and "The Grudge" really get to me because I'm deathly afraid of spiders, the occult, and ghosts (living in a large, old, creaky house). What gets to you, and what have you watched that got under your skin because of it?

This is an interesting question. I would have to say my imagination and darkness because anything can be conjured up; strongly Altophobic (fear of heights); and slightly Aquaphobia (I always feel like I am going to drown if I go too far or stay under too long)  That’s about it.

I have many fears, like drowning, fear of heights, afraid of dying alone......but i would have to say my biggest fear is being confined in a tight space and not being able to move. A while back i had broken my hand and they put it in a cast.....i was freaking out....they had to put me on xanax, valume to help me sleep, i could not wait to get that cast off my hand. i would try so hard to pull it off myself.....did not like it at all.

Rape.  It is my biggest fear.  I've had friends and people close to me who had been raped and it just terrifies me.  But, other than that, being in the basement and having to go up the steps in the dark!!!  AAAGGGHHH!  LOL  And sometimes the dark.

I would say humanity scares me.  Now a days with all the devastaing events that humanity causes like all the college shootings, boston massacre, etc.  That is more terrifying than any fictional based horror characters.  Not knowing where ever you go the chance of getting gunned down by some disturbed individual is growing every day.  I am a Christian person and I will say one of my favorite qwotes from the Bible is "Don't love the world, because the world has done nothing for you, but instead give yourself to the lord and put all your faith in Him.  A lot of people don't understand how much the Bible is accurate with all the events happening now.  I digress though.  Sorry for going off topic.  So, deffinatly humanity scares me more than anything.

Usually nothing really truely scares me! But in movies, when the person or evil things head starts to shake violently (back and forth), that is very disturbing to me for some reason. Like in the movies: "House on Haunted Hill" and "Silent Hill"... disturbing!

Going upstairs by myself at my parents house. It's a really old house and when my grandparents were living my grandaddy would always go with me because he new how scared I was to go by myself. I don't know why it scares me, it just does. It's so bad that I will usually have to go throw up.

Only one thing that scares me to a major panic attack is: Centipedes!! I hate them! I can't even kill them, the fear is that huge! I have always asked God that one question: Why did You make those things???WHY?? LOL!!
