         I haven't heard of this convention untill a couple weeks ago, when I seen a flyer for it at the halloween shop.

I guess it's been around since 2008. It's held in 3 cities, Seattle WA, Minneapolis MN, and Kansas City KS. The Seattle one was in May, but the Kansas City one will be held August 24-26th and the one in Minneaoplis on September 28-30th.  Each city has it's own guest line up and different events.

   The MN Crypticon guests include: Richard Keil, Tom Savini, Sid Haig, and Tom Woodruff Jr. just to name a few, and the events include: a indie film contest, paranormal panels, dealer room, car show, live music and costume contest. 

   I really want to go, but I start a new job soon, and I'm not sure if I will be able to get htat weekend off... Also none of my friends share my love for horror, and I really don't want to  go alone! lol. So we will have to see.... If I do go I will defenently take pics and tell you guys all about it!
