Bigfoot movies

Last night I watched The Legend of Boggy Creek(1972) a documentary about the Fouk monster , a bigfoot like creature in Texarkana. I love bigfoot movies and this is one of my favorites-the scene where the guy is in the bathroom and the hairy paw comes through the window is pretty scary. Also the folk music in it tends to stick in my head (I still have "Travis Crabtree" running through my brain) But some other good ones are:

The Creature From Black Lake (1977)- Two college kids go on a roadtrip to Louisiana to do research on the bi-pedal primate

The Mysterious Monsters-the cover art was very scary to me as a child with the enormous creature towering over the people

Sasquatch-A SyFy channel movie --one of the ir better offerings --A search team looking for Lance Henriksson's daughter's plane after it crashes finds the girl and her friends were killed by an angry Sasquatch.

Snowbeast(1977) a direct Jaws-rip off-some of the dialog is almost identical-about an abominable snowman attacking guests at a ski resort

Abominable-another SyFy offering about a vicious abominable snowman

Sasquatch Hunters--a group of researchers find what they are looking for and it is HUNGRY!!!!

There are lots more of these movies these are the ones I like the best. Whether or not you believe in a bi-pedal primate living secretly in forest areas some of them have some scary moments. In Creature from Black Lake a trapper relates finding a herd of hogzillas ripped apart by the creature is incredibly chillling. Particularly since I was about six or seven when I saw the older ones.

The later ones mostly from the SyFy channel either are good or bad as the movies on SyFy tend to be. Being that Im no longer seven they dont scare me in quite the same way. Still Sasquatch, Abominable, and Sasquatch Hunters were scary and some the best of the SyFy movies.

Incidently I do believe in a bi-pedal primate. There have just been too many sightings and reports there has to be SOMETHING out there
