He saw them all, each and every one. For they all walked past where he sat. Then the moment he awaited, She walked by sobbing as she talked on her cell phone, a SideKick Slide. She could barely speak, her sobs robbing her of that ability. But he knew, reading her thoughts he knew. Her mind screamed such words as "cancer", "Mom", and finally "dead". This one would be his sacrifice this night. She would be his prey.
He reached out, stroking her mind. Touching just the proper places at this tender moment. He played her mind like a fine instrument, careful to hit each and every note. Then he felt it, the point he wanted and he pushed, pushed hard until she returned to the dorms. First, she packed her bag for leaving first thing in the morning, it was a twelve hour drive home and she would need rest.
Rest. But she was not tired. Thinking as best she could given the circumstances, she decided she would take her gym bag and go let herself into the training room. She would get in a good two hour work out then a shower, that would let her sleep. Yes, that would let her sleep. She would work out and then sleep.
Ten minutes later she was at the athletics facility, and had unlocked the door. She walked in to the total darkness...
It was not until the morning they found where she had hung herself. But the Kr0w had been there and savored when she died.
