One of my customers came in and asked if I wanted to hear his ghost story. I thought I would share.

He told me his daughter had moved to Ohio and he was sharpening up her house to sell it, painting, making a laundry room stuff like that.  He said while he was in the house he kept getting the feeling like he was being watched; or he would catch movement out of the corner of his eye.  He didnt think nothing of it.  The next day he and his brother go over to finish mudding the family room they had built, when they got there there was a penny laying face up in every room of the house and even on the windowsils!  He was thinking the real estate lady had done it for good luck.  He checked with his wife and she didnt know anything about it.  The next day his wife goes over to do some cleaning and took their dog and the dog would run into the kitchen and bark wagging his tail wildly.  She though he just wanted to go outside.  While she was cleaning she said she felt like she was being watched.  She calls the realator and askes her if she did this thing with the pennies  The realator said no I do not even know where it is and was gonna call for directions.

The next day his wife meets the realator at the house and shows her the pennies; the realtor says my partner has some psychic abilities can I have her come in?  The guys wife says sure; so the other lady comes in walks around the house for a bit and says Your daughter bought this hosue from and older lady?  Sandy(customer of mines wife) says yes she tells Sandy that her husband died in this kitchen and he is still here he did the thing with the pennies,for good luck so that the next person that lives here would take care of his house.  They pick up all the pennies and the realator hands Sandy a penny from a windowsill and they go out to the garage and look around.  The realator says she wants to take pictures of the house and didnt want the pennies to be in the pictures and they go back inside and there are pennies laying heads up back in the spots where they were before!  Sandy checks her pocket and the penny was still there but a new penny was in place of the penny on the windowsill.

This was like a 10 minute tale that I condensed so it wouldnt be 10 pages long but I thought it would be cool to share
