Doing a routine 'spammer sweep' there was ONE WHOLE PAGE of spammers from yesterday (Oct. 30) ONE WHOLE PAGE!! That's 20! Am i the ONLY one who CARES? I have made appeal after appeal to all of you out there in FEARland to PLEASE FLAG ALL THE SPAMMERS!! This is NOT getting done and i feel that I AM THE ONLY ONE who even really cares. WE HAVE TO ALL DO OUR PART!! THAT MEANS EVERYONE!! Look at it this way-it's like a 'Neighborhood Watch' system-preventing scum from hanging around and causing trouble in our little community. I guess no one ELSE cares if the place gets over-run with spammers-but those of you NOT helping have NO RIGHT to complain about them coming in here and posting-if you DON'T like it-then DO something about it!! This is my THIRD blog about flagging spammers and trying to rally everyone to keep this site spammer-free. I really DO appreciate the help that i HAVE gotten-but it's NOT enough. There need to be members on CONSTANT watch to fully do the task at hand-but i guess that I'M the ONLY truly dedicated one. Read my other 2 blogs for the information on what to do to totally ELIMINATE spammers-it's a 'Community Service' that we are doing helping to clean up our home. That's how I look at it-i know to some members this site is only a place to get points or to make friends or just post pics & videos. But to ME-this is a HOME where i'm surrounded by family. This site is IMPORTANT to me and it MEANS something to me. I have PASSION for it and i just want to keep the spammers out. Is that so wrong? AM i the only one who feels this way about our community? If there are others that feel the same way as i do and don't want to see your 'home' invaded-then PLEASE DO YOUR PART and keep the spammers OUT by flagging them. It's something we ALL need to do-it's EVERYONE'S responsibility-i CAN'T keep doing it ALL by MYSELF. And for those of you out there that are 'fanning' the spammers and even 'friending' them for points (and you know who you are!)-you are making the task WORSE! You are encouraging them to keep posting-so that makes YOU just as bad as THEM!! And it also makes you part of the PROBLEM and not part of the solution.
