IS AUTHOR K.CASARONA LYING ABOUT PROFITS?:

After the release of her news statement in the Wichita Eagle earlier this May, many have come to the conclusion or better yet "speculation" that Kristin Casarona might be hiding her intentions with her media arrangement that would leave the victims families of the BTK killer with 75% of the book sale profits.  Her earlier report that the book was NOT going to be finished is INACCURATE.

She's been lying but it will take some independent investigation work to see that. If the News Article from the Wichita Eagle is based on truth and your involved in these lawsuits, then here is some new information that might be of service. Currently she is confiding her true intentions to people she doesn't know on the internet. Please refer to the message board section called Horror Fiction, to see my good faith "speculation"  / post called "BTK Book Deal Gets Thrashed" if you need anymore of this topic cleared up. 

As of now, I don't think F.B.I. guy and author J. Douglas has anything to do with this.

Casarona is going by the screen name of Lioness on John Douglas's website called "Mind Hunter."  She's written about 3,000 blogs of her intent, hints about having a mysterious co-author to work and this leads me to believe that this individual could possibly recieve proceeds from the book.  Information revealed here may also be “inside” information about K.B.I.'s investigations into Dennis Rader. Those investigations might still be continueing, so isn't that obstruction of justice or tampering with evidence?

If some of the information I found is correct, then Hurst Laviana at the Wichita Eagle has been given false information that he released on his recent news article about murderabila and BTK.  Through various sources such as the mindhunter web page, if asked, K.Casarona will tell you that she still intends to write her book and previous posts discuss the help of a co-author which she has not named. If this seems odd, it should be obvious to everyone with legal standing to sue.

It's best not to listen entirely to what she says but now better to review all the previous court battles she's been involved  with (i.e.the cases). This nformation that can be viewed through reputable news releases. Even though she's a successful manipulator, many of those journalists have been smart enough not to fall for her antics, hook, line and sinker until now.

Through the webpage "mindhunter", Casarona illustrates the various laughs she's had with BTK about possible victims, including a woman named Rodriquez who works at the correctional facility where Rader is being held. She also remembers how funny she and Dennis Rader thought it was, that he wasn't caught for so long and gives further insights on to why she thinks this is so funny.  There is plenty of other questionable material stated.  Enough to be a book in and of itself.

Casarona also has admitted that the reason she was willing to turn state's evidence on the killer to begin with, was because she was promised a movie deal as a reward in return for her cooperation as a sworn witness for the prosecution. Added to this she claims the prosecution wanted her to coerce Rader into pleading guilty, which he did. Dennis Rader never even knew her REAL name until she was sworn in as a witness for the state.

Since the movie deal fell through, she has publicly bashed and defaced the reputation of the DA's office, investigators, and Wichita media reporters from the paper.  Stating that they wanted to "steal her thunder."

Although she still maintains contact with BTK, she jokes about how she's manipulated him constantly and has / would always turn him in for crimes that she's tried failingly to connect to the killer.  Often refering to him as “a sick puppy with wires crossed, whose wife can't help but trying to shower off his gross memory.” My guess is that he is unaware of all of this information. A perpetrator that has now also become a victim.

K.Casarona also now is purporting herself to be an expert on evidence and psychology. Admitting to telling white lies and stroking the male ego to get what she wants. Also claiming to be a victim’s rights advocate but REAL media reports surely tell this information is untrue. A whole part of the (4) state "murderabilia"ban has probably been influenced by these actions. Many people since have made failed efforts to push for a federal ban on such items. Which brings me to this point, Casarona was supposedly trying to sell locks of Dennis Rader's hair for profit while he was still in Sedgewick County holding. It is also rumored and speculated that she sold letters as well.

Fortunately for all involved, she's been too stupid to connect the dots.  Most people know full well that a person can get the death penalty based on pure circumstantial information and although she says "Christian faith led her to heal BTK", she's still trying to get him convicted of more serious crimes. Do any of those antics seem entirely suspect, to anybody besides me? If she’s lying to him, she’s probably lying to everybody.

Her uneducated expertise, possesses no knowledge of proper DNA collection etc. But through her investigative materials that she obtained through The Freedom Of Information Act, she plans to reveal the identitiy of possible stalked victims and they're personal information in her coming book.  Which makes me wonder....isn't this an invasion of privacy? Most of these people are unaware that she had access the their personal information, and won't know until they buy her book. Many don’t even know that they were previously stalked.

All of Kristin Casarona’s statements about the above mentioned material, can be viewed through John Douglas's website that date back to previous years, well into ‘05. Although she goes by a screen name lioness, its quite obvious she knows inside information about K.B.I. investigations, Rader’s very personal life, victim’s information etc. She doesn’t go to great lengths to hide her identity.

All that has to be really done, is to go to the “mindhunter” main page, under search. Where it says authors name type in "lioness". Then check the box where it says posts and where the character limit for word are, scroll till you see "all available" (there is a number count here or the choice of all available, which is the better choice). If you DON'T type in a topic or subject matter, which you shouldn’t, you will be able to view all her posts that have not been deleted and are not P.M's. When speaking about the case she doesn’t always go to a specific forum.  Apparently she's ranted so much she hasn't maintained her account as well as a normal “sane” person would do, by maintanence deleting.

Hurst Laviana from the Wichita Eagle, if you are reading all of this, these discussions and knowledge are public record.  I see real potential for a defemation case on behalf of  potential victim and prison guard Rodriquez, Pastor Clark, The DA's office and all various investigative agencies whose private information is now being shared. This may also include the 10 known victim’s family members involved in the settled book lawsuit and other civil suits, which came about after the criminal case closed.

It will take time to get the evidence you need but I suggest you get this information right away. I'm not going to bother contacting you because I have no right to and no interest in discussing my findings with you. I have my own rights to privacy and want to keep those rights intact. Getting to the truth is your job. Again this malicious regurgitation of her’s is public information, especially now that she’s put it out for everyone to see.

I'm sure you'll see this blog post on the world wide web. In a way, I’m sure some people are really hoping that you will too.

This is now your problem and I suggest if the parties involved want to save-face, they will take the time to look into all of this, before the legal matters get any worse. But don't take my advice.  I'm not an attorney.  Look for yourself and do what you media sleuths do best, start digging for info and contact the victim's attorneys James Thompson and Mark Hutton. I came across this information as being an innocent passer-by and net surfer.

Since her book isn't out yet, she's probably may or may not be “legally” considered as a public figure... so she's not immune to legal action.  She can be sued for fraud, defamation, slander, libel, obstruction of justice, hindering an ongoing investigation etc. OR at least these are distinct “possibilities” to stop this madness that continues torture of the victim’s families.

Again, don't ask me any questions about this and that goes for anyone reading this. I’m not interested. Casarona has about 30,000 people reading all of this bullshit, each day.  It's up to you to make a difference.  That is, if you truly care about what you do. And I assume that this conclusion of mine might be the case.
