Just wondering if anyone remebered these 2 movies
:Haven't seen this one in over 20yrs, but it was funny as hell if I remember right, Been trying to find it online, wanna see it again, but no luck so far.
Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things (1972)

The Gate (1987)
Plot Outline:The removal of an old tree in Glen's backyard reveals a large and mysterious hole.
Do you remember the little kid "Glen" from the movie? Do you know who he grew up to be? Yep, that's right! Everyone's favorite bad guy from Blade. Stephen Dorff is his name. Who says you can't have a long career as an actor in horror?

Sure I remember these 2. Both worth repeat viewings. I really liked The Gate especially. Hey, the kids are self sufficient heroes, aren't they? Plus the little demons are creepy as can be!

yes i remember them and have both on dvd,..great films sadly the VCI copy of children i have is a bit of a murky transfer,..i wish they had improved the lighting a bit better but still very entertaining.

I love both of those movies, I have them on DVD. The Gate plays on demand off and on lately. They're doing a remake of Children Shouldn't Play w/Dead Things.

OMG, The Gate! I had forgotten all about that one, despite repeated viewings as a kid. I'm gonna have to rent that one....soon.

the gate i remember, but i haven't seen children shouldn't play with dead things. sounds like it will be a good movie though.
