Romeros Night of the Living Dead Gets HD Treatment

I learned today that George A. Romero's Night of the Living Dead is planning a return to the big screen to celebrate it's 40th Anniversary! Completely restored and re-mastered using digital technology on HD, the dead come back to life in this classic from zombie master George A. Romero. In the film from 1968, several people barricade themselves in a rural farmhouse in a desperate attempt to survive the night from the relentless onslaught of the creeping undead. No word on who will release the film, but Voltage Pictures is the sales agent behind the release.
