the mind is always more inventive..just stop makin movies out of his books or have someone competent doin it and itll all be fine...Christine was goos..damn good!!

I think the movies themselves could have been better, of course the books made the storyline more tolerable. I was never a huge fan of King. Children of the Corn has always freaked me out, and The Stand made me a pandemic freak, but other stories and movies just don't get me.

I totally agree that the ending sucked, i was so pissed at that ST ! i'm sittin on my couch for like 3 hours without getting up for anything, and all i get is a damned gaint ungly spider ? WTF, was he thinking when he thought that up ?

Stephen King does rule. I can't remember the trailer for the movie based on his book that was shown before grindhouse. 1428?

I agree. Something is definately lost between most of his books/short stories and film.

I am looking forward to the movie 1048...its based on one of Stehen Kings books I think. Looks GOOD!!!
