very creepy movie. starts out slow, but gets interesting in the middle. great evil baby in it. Good rise from the dead movie. it was pretty scary for a 20 year old movie. almost as good as the shining. the old guy, judd, was my favorite character.

Hands down, one of my favorite movies and books. The story was amazing and actually acted prettu well. Not to mention a woman directed it and it still kicked ass!

PET SEMATARY IS BASED OFF ASTEVEN KING NOVEL AND IT DOES IT JUSTICE. THE CAST IS TERRIFIC AND BELIEVABLE IN PORTRAYING A FAMILY FALLING APART AND FATHER IN THE MOVIE IS GREAT. THE MOST HORRFYING AND ONE OF THE MOST UNDERESTIMATED SCENES I THINK IS THE FLASH BACK OF THE DEAD SISTER. THE MAKE UP EFFECTS ARE VERY GRUESOME AND THE WAY HER SPINE AND FACE ARE SO THINLY STRETCHED ARE NIGHTMARISH. WATCH IT AGAIN JUST FOR THAT SCENE. AWESOME.

Now The Shining and Pet Sematary are both classic and scary movies. Huge Stephen King fan, luv his books and movies. I agree it started out slow the picked up and took off from there. Pet Sematary 2 was a great one but I trully enjoyed the first one.
