Resident Evil: Extinction

I just watched this tonight.................it was ok but YES worst of the 3. First one was good second not as good as the first now 3rd not even as good as the second! Pretty much just a downhill chart since the original! Now I haven't played the video games so I don't know if the monster/zombie the scientist turned into at the end is a character but damn that was so unimpressive, and the fight was short and boring! The movie was kind of just lahddahthrought but I was hoping for some kick ass ending and it never happened.

I watched this movie last night. It was awful, and yes definitly boring. I think there was one fight scene I actually thought was pretty allright.

yeah i agree. this movie sucked. the whole telepathic powers thing was really dumb. the only part i liked was with all the birds. but the telepathic powers ruin everything...

Extinction is better then Apocalypse.

Apocalypse's largest mistake was how the action sequences were edited. The fast cut style, where you cannot make out exactly what's happening, is awful. I sat through the special features and a big deal is made about how much training the actors had to go through for these sequences and none of it's really onscreen. Bad filmmaking.

Alice's powers were established in Apocalypse. I'm not saying that I think having the character turn into Jean Grey from the X-Men was a good idea, but it could have been a lot worse (she uses her powers for about a minute in the film altogether). Extinction has it's problems, but it's an entertaining film.
