Is Fearnet simply a marketing device for ON DEMAND?

Yes, flame me if you wish, but you may want to know the answers as well.

Admins?

What is the future of Fearnet? What (bloody?) offerings do you see being made available over the next year? I do not mean specific titles, I mean what is your realistic vision of Fearnet? I really like what I see so far, but I am curious what you want this to turn into.

Will the free feature length movies increase in quality? I know, nothing is truly free except for bad advice. Do you see the rental/purchase area being the draw? If so, great. .99 for a Euro-Zombie classic is fine by me. I just want to get an idea of what to expect.

Currently, I would be paying 4.00 to rent a Fulci movie at Lackluster video (assuming they even carried such a gem. They don't even have a horror section anymore, damn their eyes!). So, I do not expect a free viewing of movies that sell for $20.00 on DVD. But, what should I expect?

Thanks in advance.

FEARnet is an entire network devoted to horror, and you can get it three ways: here at fearnet.com, on your mobile phone, and through ON DEMAND. So, no, the site is not "simply a marketing device" for ON DEMAND, it is an essential component of giving you the horror you crave!

The entire network is here to stay, and we will continually be refreshing the video content, as well as adding new features...including many things that community members have requested in our SUGGESTIONS forum.

Sooooo when is FEARnet coming to DirectTV? I mean, I love the network and OnDemand stuff at my GF's house, but I cannot make the switch back from DirectTV to Comcast....its against my religion.
