Do I need to covert the file???

I converted the file to 50mb, and it STILL can't upload!!!!!! ><

i am trying to watch catacombs and it keeps stoping to buffer every minute or so what do you do to watch it non stop help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
