the 'voice' that plays when you mouse over the fearnet image in the upper left corner... the sound at the end of the voice saying, "fearnet" - is that like supposed to be a 'scary' grunt, throat clearing, or perhaps, a cough?!
... this has been bothering me for so long, i think i might lose sleep over this.

Two years later and still no one has answered this question. I've got to know -- it's bugging the crap out of me.
I saw a guest star today in an episode of "Law and Order: Criminal Intent" (ep title "The Pilgrim") who had a very similar vocal quality to whoever it is who does the voice promos for FEARnet on Comcast On Demand. I couldn't read the credits--they were squished down at the end and went by too quickly to read. It took me a while to track down the actor's name since and I'm still not sure it's the right guy but it looks like that actor's name is Reathel Bean.
I would just like someone (hopefully in an official capacity with FEARnet) to answer this question so I can sleep at night.
