Its a Video On Demand channel. It won't have programming in a linear sense, but there are plenty of free ondemand movies and features on it.

Channel 166 will take you directly to FEARnet when you have Comcast Digital Cable.

I live in the midwest. We have Charter Cable. Will FEARnet make it's way to me?

No wonder. I've been browsing around Comcast looking for an individual category labeled FearNet.
Little surprised there isn't a specific area devoted to the network. Perhaps the actual network hasn't launched yet, and as of now only the movies are provided.
