I wouldnt do any of that if I would really get away with it why not go all out and cut them up into little pieces starting while they are alive and string them up all over the place that would be a scene from hell I think.

A,you could eat the skin or wear it.And if you choose to wear the skin you could turn the bones into weapons and go on a killing spree,terrorizing the victims family and friends.

I chose A because it was the most painful way up there to kill somebody.If I could get away with it then I would do it all the time.Killing people without getting caught,though some may not think so,is a skill.It takes a lot of hard work and smarts.
