the original night of the living dead ,.the atmosphere and eerie feel given by the black and white film used add to the movie making it an all time classic,..a close second would be the original dawn of the dead ,.both films are clearly innovative and often copied.
i gotta admit i also loved both burial ground and fulci's zombie ,..both these films are well paced and have some of the best gore scenes ,.

oh, yeah, I totally love Night of the Living Dead and the original Dawn of the Dead. I like Dawn so much that I got the head from the movie cover tattooed on my arm. I LOVE fulci's Zombie, but I've never seen Burial Ground.
I really like the cheesey zombie movies like Undead or Alive or Flight of the Living Dead.

Non-Serious Zombie Movie: Shaun Of The Dead
I like Shaun Of The Dead more than I like real zombie movies but by all means I still love zombies. I also like Hot Fuzz more than real cop movies. I just can't really take anything seriously.
