Horror or sci-fi movie title?

The name of the movie you're looking for is an action/scifi film called "I come in Peace". Starring Dolph Lundgren. I also think the alien was collecting endorphins and not blood to be used as an illegal space drug.

That dude from "I Come in Peace" threw a CD that killed the people and then drained his victims brain fluid with a spike from his wrist, sleeve, where ever it was from so your right thats not it, but it was the first thing in my head also.
