General Horror Discussion

Okay, i don't have much to go on with the desciption of this but here goes: Back in 1976 or 1977 i would see previews for a horror flick that was either a t.v. movie or a theaterical release. All i recall is a teenage girl coming over to a house to babysit while the parents went out. The kids are in bed and she is sitting on the couch with a book and something to snack on. A big picture window was behind her as she sat on the couch. Out of nowhere this monster/zombie/thing comes crashing through the window, grabs her, and she screams. I was just 4 or 5 yrs old when i saw this preview but it scared the heck out of me. Any ideas from the 34 and over crowd?

That was a film and it was about Bigfoot. I remember that part clear as day because it scared the bejesus out of me. I'll see if I can hunt up the title.

Thank you!! I thought for awhile that i was just imagining it as no one i asked seemed to remember anything about it. Please post if you find the title.

I dont know what that was but Salems Lot, and The Midnight Hour are the only good t.v. flicks I have ever seen..
