A new, original killer the likes of Jason, Freddy and such, who actually has some potential. I think See No Evil had some good makings with Jacob goodnight but then I was disapointed as they killed him at the end.

Modern horror films rely so heavily on graphic violence or cinematic effects that they begin to become boring. More originality would be welcome. Enough remakes, really. Especially when they merely repackage plot and leave out any relevant commentary.

A good plot, story, and believeable characters would be nice. But, I could just be crazy like that.

if you look at most today's horror films especially the ones released by Hollywood you can tell they are trying to squeeze the regular propoganda in by showing that violence is bad, family values are good, being bad is BAD..mmmkey, drugs are bad...mmmkey and so on. This is how a lot of budgeting is approved i can imagine. What you get is a crappy movie at the end and critics are calling it....Scariest movie of the year...Fantastic...yes go see our propaganda.

More originality please! And stop with recycling of endless remakes! And don't even touch Hitchcock or Vincent Price films! It's dam'n insulting if someone makes crappy remakes and it's a dishoner to the old film greats! More suspence along with a storyline as long as the suspence is'nt as slow as molasses and the storyline is'nt too obvious or flatout lame. I would really like to see more graphic and mind blowing horror that really hooks you from beginning to end. I'd like to see someing longer than freakin' 90 minutes! New horror characters would be cool as long as they are orginal. And I have yet to see a successful franchise of female character killers, heh, heh! And there should'nt be more than 2 or 3 sequels unless you're gonna stay true to the original and make kick A sequels and not completly drive them into the ground by making them crappy for that allmighty buck or worse!
