Carpy is right. This is from THE TWILIGHT ZONE MOVIE (1983) which brought about the death of actor Vic Morrow (of t.v. show COMBAT, fame) in a segment directed by careless suit, John Landis who had to defend himself in court. I believe this is from segment 3 of the 4 part movie called "ITS A GOOD LIFE" where a school teacher meets a child with extra ordinary abilities. That segment and the gremlin segment are fantastic with John Litgow filling in for William Shatner in a remake (both segments are remakes) of NIGHTMARE AT 20,000 FEET.
