I always wondered about him. He has a bunch of western books that he has written, too. My dad reads those. So, when I found out he wrote horror too, I was curious. Especially since I am an avid King reader. The book by him I am interested in is "The Devil's Cat," but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I've read Sandman and Toy Cemetary and I have a few issues with the man. First of all he seems to write from an overly christian perspective. Secondly he seems to think the forces of evil love nothing more than molesting little kids since both books contain scenes of child molestation, near child molestation and incest.

He has some decent Horror books ,but my fvorites from him are the "Out of the Ashes" series.

His out of the ashes series are great adventure, but if you want horror be sure to read the Devil's Kiss, The Devil's Heart, The Devil's Touch, The Devil's Cat and the Devil's Laughter. Also one of my favorites Wolfsbane, but be warned, He writes in good vs evil style so if you are looking for evil to pre-vail look elsewhere.
