I just contacted them a few days ago they've been busy and have just sent my dvd and I inquired about it a couple of months ago ,so just be patient and they will get back to you if they have any left.

Update..he is getting ready for the convention in Texas...he seems to get really busy right before he does a convention.He is very good about writing back...I hope that helps..
