Haven't seen a lot of them, but I LOVED Suspiria. Dead Snow is also pretty incredible.

BOTW is NOT your everyday horror. On a par with PAN'S but NOT the special effects. AWESOME flick IF YOU LIKE CINEMA. Incredible cinematography, great acting, COMPLEX story line dealing with suspicion of a Werewolf killing people, (there IS a creature), action, mystery, politics, romance, history, intrigue.

I have so many more and can't think of them right now. Lucio Fulci is my favorite director. I am also a huge fan of Dario Argento. We Americans just don't make em like the French and the Italians. i used to hate reading subtitles, but over the last year and a half i have grown quite fond of just about any foreign horror film. Most of my all time favorite films are foreign.

gunna go with i saw the devil,, cause this brought the tension right through and up to the end of the movie , and left me thinking that was a fookin good movie!!! much like the horde,,, yeah much like the horde but i felt the ending lack a certain quality unlike the devil!!!!!, 1peace!!!AAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!,,,,

This is not saying that a movie has to keep you engrossed right through and up to the end , well it does but the horde was more impact driven through different scenes,,, much like a rapid fir machine gun , only taking short bursts,,,, yeah cause i was in fookin nam 67' or was it 69 fook knows ,, but i killed a whole vc squad with just me flick knife beat that suckers!!!!!!!
