I dont think we need remakes...some of the remakes are killing the originals. The Dracula remakes (as long as they stick to the original plot and details) are still good, and tho Lugosi's Dracula is just greatness, Gary Oldeman's performance in Dracula was just amazing. Rob Zombie did a good job at Carpenter's Haloween, but the remakes you just cant do becuase you'd be ruining them, would be Exorcist, Alien and Aliens, Predator, Poltergeist, Stephen King's works, oldschool Frankenstein and oldschool werewolfe films. Those are the ones that you just dont do remakes becuase they are classics, and doing remakes might actually destroy the original creativity and authenticity, and with the set of poltergeist, there were rumors that the set was actually cursed. So some of the remakes, you just dont do. I know i did not mention many others but I still have many classic horror movies from 40s to the 80s and 90s that i'd really like to see.

im going out on a limb here or on two or how ever many there are...but id say none you cant fix what aint broke...

I think they should remake some of the demon movies like Demons,Night of the Demons.There hasn't been a good demon movie in a while that I know of. If I'm wrong please tell me, so I can see it. THANKS

I've heard that Last House on the Left is being remade if so please hurry,Wes Craven movies are awsome. But there is a movie called SISTERS OF DEATH that would be great if remade considering it was rated PG, it was surprisingly good to watch, throw in some kill scenes blood and guts you get to see youv'e got a classic slice and dice for the new age.

Remake The Dark Half that movie could definitely be a lot better with a tune up.

i hate remakes more than anything. about the only good one is 13 ghosts. but if youve seen the original, youll understand why it was remade. haha. the same with house on haunted hill. i liked it because it didnt go along with the original idea. but come on, messing with halloween, thats just inhumane. its cruel to the real fans. i have not nore will i ever watch that piece of crap. but as for something they should remake, how about freaks, or the car, wheels of terror. or even how about that ever classic alice cooper film monster dog. and out of all the classic universal monsters, they have outdone the wolfman aka werewolf, frankenstein, dracula, the mummy. but where the hell is the creature from the black lagoon?? id like to see a remake of that. they need to leave good movies alone like the fog, dawn of the dead, halloween, texas chainsaw massacre, i mean they are already popular, we need remakes of things that were never popular...

If you remaking movies there are dozens of c d f horror movies they can redo but things like Halloween and TCM alone.
I will grant though I thought Dawn of the Dead's remake wasn't as bad as the others.
