Liza Does Mambo!
Liza Lapira (NCIS) has just signed on for a role in the Jude Law-and-Forest Whittaker-starring Repossession Mambo. The movie depicts a futuristic world in which body organs are rented out ? and sometimes recollected from those who cannot make payments. Lapira will play, according to Variety, ?a hip anesthesiologist.? Now, whether that means ?hip? as in ?Diablo Cody is the apotheosis of? or, literally, an anesthesizer of hips, is anyone?s guess. But in my search to uncover the truth, I now have a reason to go on living.
