Gentle Giant Ltd., one of the premiere designers, developers and manufacturers of collectibles based on licensed properties, debuted their line up of figures, busts, maquettes and prop accessories in New York City at American International Toy Fair this weekend. At their Broadway showroom, they showed FEARnet their 2008 lines including Indiana Jones, Hellboy II: The Golden Army, and Gentle Giant Ltd. Horror.

The Indiana Jones line will feature products from all four movies, including the upcoming Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Products include: Bust-Ups of Indy, Mutt Williams, Arnold Toht (Raiders of the Lost Ark) and Mola Ram (Temple of Doom); a detailed desk accessory set that includes a paper clip holder Holy Grail, a business card holder Ark of the Covenant and Fertility Idol pen holder and a collectible paper weight set that will only be available at New York and San Diego Comic Con.

Gentle Giant Ltd. Horror focuses on classic horror films in all their gory glory. 30 Days of Night will have very bloody action figures of Arvin, Lilith, Marlow and Iris. Detailed mini-busts will feature Crawler from The Descent and Leatherface and Chop Top from Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Most impressive were statues of Freddy Krueger from Nightmare on Elm Street, in which he is seated on a worn chair with mangled, child-like dolls surrounding him and an animation style statue of Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th.
