Roland Emmerich in Talks for '2012'
If you like humongous movies, you?ll love this news from Variety. Word has it that Roland Emmerich, director and writer of such extravaganzas as Independence Day and the upcoming 10,000 B.C., is in talks with a few major studios to direct an apocalyptic thriller he wrote entitled 2012. We don?t know much yet about 2012, but we can pretty much guess that it?ll feature something huge and destructive attacking a lot of people, and a plucky group of heroes to save us all. Are we right, Roland? Are we?!
