Last night FEARnet flew into Dallas for Texas Frightmare and we caught up with The Crazies (1973) star Lynn Lowry who told us that she may just have a role in the remake! Lowry told us that her manager is actively pursueing a comeo role but says that she's not sure if the filmmakers will want the involvement of some of the original cast. In addition, Lowry filled us in on some of her other upcoming projects.
Lowry tells us Basement Jack is about a serial killer and I play his mother and I'm the reason he's a serial killer she's a very nasty piece of work and I had such a good time doing her cause I don't usually get cast in that kind of role. Psychosomatika where I play this schizophrenic southern belle and the Dunwich Horror, I'm the ghost in the library from the 20's, so it's like I'm in this period piece in this present day library. Spaltter Disco with Ken Foree one of the first musical horror films that's ever been done. I don't get to sing in it but I think it's going to be a really fun movie. Ken sings in it and he does a little dance (also stars Debbie Rochon).
