Freddy Highmore to Voice ?Astroboy?
Freddy (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Spiderwick Chronicles) Highmore is set to voice the title role in Imagi Studios? Astroboy, according to The Hollywood Reporter. As his many fans know, Astroboy is a young super-robot created to replace his creator?s lost son. But when he cannot live up to the expectations of his creator, he runs away. The computer-animated film is based on legendary Japanese artist Osamu Tezuka?s world-famous manga and anime of the same title. Looks like Highmore?s quickly becoming legendary too?as the go-to child actor when you need a squirrelly little English chap. Good for him!
